Everyone wants to be part of a winning team. It’s
vital in today’s organizations. Successful teams know and
practice those skills. This program is designed to support start-up,
and even existing teams. It includes the following modules:
Developing a Starting Line Up—How
do you get out of the dugout? Players here formulate the team’s
purpose, goals and roles, as well as identify a structure for working
effectively together.
Establishing Bench Strength—Build
on the strengths of your own players, while developing them into
the pros you want them to become.
Creating Home Runs—To make
a home run you have to cover four bases. Those four processes are
Trust, Organization, Communication and Accountability. We look at
the factors that get people around the bases each time.
Coaching in the Big Leagues—Key
principles that will help leaders be effective coaches. This module
identifies the behaviors that create coaches, and not judges, all
the while building accountability among the team.
Playing “Away Games”—An
optional topic that centers directly on the challenges unique to
virtual teams.
This program provides one-of-a-kind “practice
games” where teams perform experientially the principles taught
in the program. Many of these practices are associated directly
to real events going on in their own workplace setting.
