is the first priority--training is second. Therefore we fit our
learning solutions to your needs, not the other way around. Moreover,
we do our work best when we create solutions that support business
objectives. After all, the journey is meaningless unless it is truly
aligned with an organization’s critical goals and outcomes.
Journeys
This word carries two meanings. First, journey suggests
the approach we take toward getting performance where it needs to
be. Our strength does not lie in promoting a single instructional
path, but in the ability to integrate a variety of delivery platforms:
classroom, online, video conferencing, simulations, job aids, coaching,
media and more. Our recommendations for learning are often unique,
out-of-the-box solutions but they are carefully fitted to individual
needs.
The second context for Journeys is about our approach
for creating performance. If performance is about what you do, the
journey is about how you do it. We think the way employees interact,
the way they approach their work, and indeed, the way they carry
on their own life’s journey is significant if performance
is to be meaningful.
So we formed a new, unique organization dedicated
to your performance and the journey that takes you there. For many
that journey requires a customized solution. For others the solution
lies in a wide array of established workshops and programs. Given
