It’s as much about the Journey, as it is about Performance
Performance Journeys is more than an organizational title. It’s a marriage of two ideas. And along with our timepiece/compass ensign, we hope to express two critical concepts:

Moreover, we do our work best when we create solutions that support business objectives. This word carries two meanings. First, journey suggests the approach we take toward getting performance where it needs to be. Our strength does not lie in promoting a single instructional path, but in the ability to integrate a variety of delivery platforms: classroom, online, conferencing, simulations, job aids, coaching, media and more. Our recommendations for learning are often unique, out-of-the-box solutions but they are carefully fitted to individual needs.
The second context for Journeys is about our approach for creating performance. If performance is about what you do, the journey is about how you do it.
